YETI products are warranted to the original purchaser against defects in workmanship and materials. Five years for Tundra, V Series, Roadie, TANK, Silo, ICE, Rambler drinkware, Yonder, LoadOut, Hondo, Trailhead Camp Chair, Boomer Dog Bowl and cast iron skillets; three years for Hopper soft coolers, Panga, Camino, SideKick Dry, Lowlands Blanket, Trailhead Dog Bed, Crossroads, Daytrip, Ranchero, Cayo and Skala. Approved claims are replaced free of charge, and YETI supplies an RMA number and a pre-paid shipping label.

“YETI Coolers, LLC (“YETI,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) takes pride in the products we make and warrant to the person who originally purchased the product (“you”) that all YETI products will be free from defects in workmanship and materials for their applicable Warranty Period (outlined below), subject to the below conditions.”
Limited Warranty
“If a defect occurs as the result of the product’s intended use according to the care instructions during the Warranty Period, we will replace, at our discretion, without charge, the defective product or part.”

- Additional return shipping costs if you choose your own shipper are non-refundable

Submit the online warranty claim form; a YETI Outfitter responds within 1-2 business days. If approved you receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number and a pre-paid shipping label — do not ship before receiving the RMA.

如果他们拒绝

- 动用支付渠道：以"与描述不符"或"未收到商品"为由申请信用卡拒付（根据美国《公平信用账单法》通常为账单日起 60 天内，按卡组织规则最长可至 120 天——具体期限请与发卡行确认），或发起 PayPal 争议。
- 包裹丢失或损坏时，直接向承运方提出理赔。
- 对外升级：销售平台的买家保障、BBB、所在州的总检察长办公室或 FTC。小额法庭是最后手段。
