Weber does not warrant a grill for a single period — it warrants each component for its own term, and the terms differ by series. On current Genesis gas grills the cookbox and lid assembly carry 12 years against rust-through and burn-through, stainless steel burner tubes, cooking grates, Flavorizer bars and porcelain-enamelled cast-iron grates carry 10 years on the same basis, the Weber Connect electrical controller carries 3 years, and all remaining parts 5 years. Genesis II series grills are all-parts-10-years excluding normal wear and tear. Weber Griddle runs 5 years on the cookbox, hard cover and stainless burner tubes. The consistent catch across every series is paint: 2 years, and fading or discolouration is excluded even within that. Note also that the covered failure mode for the metal parts is specifically rust-through or burn-through — surface rust that has not perforated the metal is not the same thing, and that distinction decides most rejected claims. Weber states the published terms apply to current year models and are informational only; the Owner's Guide for your specific grill governs. Weber's warranty page also carries a consumer notice about a Consent Order between Weber and the U.S. FTC, which is worth reading before you accept any claim that using non-Weber parts voids your coverage.

3. 动用支付渠道：以"与描述不符"或"未收到商品"为由申请信用卡拒付（根据美国《公平信用账单法》通常为账单日起 60 天内，按卡组织规则最长可至 120 天——具体期限请与发卡行确认），或发起 PayPal 争议。
4. 包裹丢失或损坏时，直接向承运方提出理赔。
5. 对外升级：销售平台的买家保障、BBB、所在州的总检察长办公室或 FTC。小额法庭是最后手段。
