Target refunds or exchanges most unopened items it sells, in new condition, within 90 days — one of the longer baseline windows in mass retail. For online orders the clock starts when you receive the item, not when you order it. Items sold by Target Plus Partners run on a separate 30-day window and must come back to Target either in store or by mail, and in-store Target Plus returns without an eligible receipt are denied outright. Target publishes the category exceptions in a separate return exceptions article, and they matter more than the headline: Target Owned Brand items get a full year with a receipt, electronics and entertainment drop to 30 days, and Apple and Beats products — including phones — drop to 14. Target Circle debit and credit cardholders and Circle 360 members get an extra 30 days on nearly all items. Throughout, Target reserves the right to deny any return for fraud, suspected fraud or abuse.

- Mobile phones may carry a restocking charge of up to $35 except where prohibited, and carrier-contract phones may trigger carrier early termination fees
- EBT card purchases online must be returned within 90 days of shipment, delivery or pickup readiness — a SNAP requirement
- Target stores cannot accept international returns or exchanges, including of online purchases
- Returns and exchanges made without proof of purchase may be limited, and Target reserves the right to deny returns for fraud, suspected fraud or abuse
如何申请
Start the return from Target.com or bring the item to any Target store. Bring the receipt — opened, damaged or undocumented items may be denied. Purchases from Target Optical, Warby Parker, Pharmacy, Starbucks and Target Tech have to be handled at those counters rather than the main returns desk, and mobile phones bought with a carrier contract must go back in store with a Target Tech rep because of carrier early-termination exposure.

如果他们拒绝

- 对外升级：销售平台的买家保障、BBB、所在州的总检察长办公室或 FTC。小额法庭是最后手段。
