Purchases from MelissaAndDoug.com may be returned within 90 days of receiving the product, provided the item is new, unused and in its original packaging. A Return Merchandise Authorization number must be obtained by phoning Customer Care first. Refunds cover the purchase price but exclude shipping and handling, and there are no restocking fees. The customer pays return shipping. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of the return arriving. Gift exchanges are not offered.
