Traeger's warranty length depends on which grill you own and when it was made, not on the brand. Grills built before October 2021 carry three years. Non-connected grills and the Westwood, Ironwood Gen 1, Timberline Gen 1 and Pro Gen 2 carry seven. Timberline and Ironwood models with touch screen displays, plus Woodridge models, carry ten. Griddles run three or five years depending on model, and accessories have their own separate warranty. The period runs from the date of original purchase from traeger.com or a Traeger authorized dealer. The remedy is the part people misread: Traeger's entire liability is replacement of the defective parts — and because the grills are designed to be modular, Traeger's obligation is to send you the part and instructions so you can fit it yourself. No technician is dispatched. Parts may be new or refurbished, supplied as available within ninety days, and if Traeger approves the original part for return you pay the postage to send it back. Four exclusions catch most denied claims: paint damage caused by grease fires, UV exposure, normal wear and tear, and warping of the drip tray, EvenFlow Heat Shield or heat baffle — all of which are common with heavy use.

Lo que excluyen

  • Paint damage caused by grease fires
  • UV exposure
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Warping of the drip tray, EvenFlow Heat Shield, or heat baffle
  • Grills not purchased from traeger.com or a Traeger authorized dealer
  • Labour — Traeger supplies parts and instructions for you to fit yourself, not a service technician

Cómo reclamar

Contact Traeger Customer Service with your model and proof of original purchase from traeger.com or a listed authorized dealer — a grill bought elsewhere is outside the warranty. Identify your model generation first, because that alone decides whether you have three, seven or ten years. Expect to be sent a replacement part and instructions to install it yourself rather than a service visit. If Traeger approves returning the original part, you pay that shipping. Traeger also reserves the right to inspect the grill at its own cost and to analyse usage data from a connected grill, so be accurate about how it has been used.
