Garantía
Cuisinart cookware, cutlery and tools & gadgets carry a lifetime warranty against material defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use — and the term is tied to the original purchaser's lifetime, not the product's, beginning on the date it was bought in its original sealed packaging. This is a materially better deal than the three-year term on Cuisinart's appliances, and the two are easy to confuse. Coverage is only for U.S. consumers who bought from Cuisinart or an authorized reseller for personal, family or household use; Cuisinart invites you to contact it if you are unsure whether a retailer is authorized, which is worth doing before you rely on the warranty. Normal wear and tear is excluded, as is anything commercial, and damage from external causes, misuse, neglect, unauthorized alteration or unauthorized repair. Note the pointed clause on third-party work: while necessary repairs and maintenance may be performed by any company, damage caused by you or a non-authorized third party may void the warranty.
En sus propias palabras
“Subject to the exclusions and limitations contained herein, Conair LLC dba Cuisinart (“Cuisinart”) warrants that the Cuisinart® Cookware will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship under normal home use conditions throughout the original purchaser’s lifetime, beginning on the date this Product was purchased in its original, sealed packaging, unless otherwise specified in this Lifetime Warranty.”
Cookware, Cutlery, and Tools & Gadgets — Lifetime Warranty
“This Lifetime Warranty is only for U.S. consumers (defined herein as purchasers at retail for personal, family, or household use) who originally purchase the Product from Cuisinart® or an authorized Cuisinart® reseller (if you are unsure whether a retailer or other point of sale is an authorized or unauthorized Cuisinart® reseller, contact Cuisinart®).”
Lifetime Warranty — who qualifies
“Though necessary repairs and maintenance might be performed by any company, damage caused by you or any nonauthorized third party may void this Lifetime Warranty”

Cómo reclamar
Contact Cuisinart Consumer Service at 1-800-726-0190 or use the product assistance form, with the original proof of purchase. Because this warranty is measured against the original purchaser's lifetime, be ready to establish that you are that purchaser. Confirm your retailer was an authorized Cuisinart reseller before filing — Cuisinart explicitly offers to check this for you, and an unauthorized point of sale puts the item outside the warranty entirely.
